How the sprint runs
Week one is preparation: a short questionnaire, access to whatever list of tools you already have, and a look at your existing policies. Week two is the workshop itself — half a day, remote, with the operational people rather than just the compliance lead, because they are the ones who know which tools are really in use. Week three we deliver the documentation, run the training session, and set your review cadence. Thirty days later we check the actions actually closed.

Why the workshop format works
AI registers assembled by email are always incomplete. Put four or five people in a room and ask what they used last week and the list roughly doubles — the transcription tool someone trialled, the AI features inside the CRM, the free image generator used for social posts. That discovery is the single most valuable hour of the engagement, and it is why the sprint costs less than repeatedly correcting a register built from guesswork.
What you own afterwards
Everything. The register lives in your Trestano account, the documents are yours to keep and edit, and the compliance calendar tells your named owner what to check and when. You can continue on any plan, including Free, though most businesses stay on Pro for the regulatory alerts once the sprint has shown them how quickly things move.

What does it cost beyond £750?
£750 covers a typical small business with a single site and up to around 25 staff. Larger teams, multiple entities or heavily regulated sectors are quoted individually, and we always fix the fee before starting.
Do we need to be on a paid plan first?
No. The sprint stands alone and the documentation is yours. Running the free register beforehand speeds up the workshop but is not required.
