Add-on service

Enquire about implementation & onboarding sprint

A structured half-day remote workshop plus follow-up: we populate your register with you, classify every tool, produce tailored documentation and train the team. It's From £750fixed fee, typically completed in 2–3 weeks. Tell us a little about your business and we'll come back within one working day.

A sentence or two is plenty — your sector, roughly how many staff use AI tools, and anything that's worrying you.

What an implementation covers

Implementation is the hands-on option for businesses that want their AI governance set up properly rather than assembled from templates. A typical engagement covers four areas:

Staff AI literacy training

A live session for your team covering what your AI tools actually do, what may and may not be pasted into them, and how the EU AI Act's literacy obligation applies to your business. Attendance is recorded so you have evidence for your compliance file.

EU AI Act exposure review

We go through your AI tool register together and establish whether the Act reaches you, which tools sit in which risk tier, and whether you are a provider or a deployer for each one — the classification that drives almost every other obligation.

Tailored documentation

Your AI usage policy, risk and impact assessments, and — where relevant — FRIA, Annex IV and Declaration of Conformity artefacts, drafted against your actual tools and sector rather than generic boilerplate.

Dedicated onboarding

We set up your register, configure your dashboard, and make sure the named person responsible for oversight knows exactly what to check and how often.

Common questions before booking

How long does an implementation take?

Most small businesses complete the whole engagement in two to three weeks, including training delivery. Larger teams or regulated sectors can take a little longer because the documentation needs more tailoring.

Do we need to be using the paid product first?

No. Implementation stands alone, and the documentation we produce is yours to keep. Many clients run the free register first because it speeds up the exposure review.

Is this legal advice?

No — Trestano provides governance tooling and practical guidance, not legal advice. For contentious matters, enforcement action or contractual questions, we will always point you to a solicitor, and can help you brief one efficiently.
