AI Nonconformity & Continuous Improvement
A repeated finding is worse than a missed one. We help you find the root cause behind every nonconformity, implement corrective actions that actually hold, and build the improvement cycle that turns your AI governance from a static binder into a system that gets stronger over time.
AI Nonconformity & Continuous Improvement pricing
Choose the level that fits your organisation. Starter is £149 for nonconformity analysis; Pro is £399 for a corrective action plan plus a continuous improvement cycle. A follow-up verification review is available as an £89 add-on. These are service options, separate from the Trestano Starter and Pro software plans.
Best for: Organisations wanting to strengthen governance maturity over time, especially those with repeat findings from audits or reviews.
AI Nonconformity & Continuous Improvement includes
- Root cause analysis of every nonconformity — the process failure, not just the symptom
- Corrective action plan with owners, due dates and evidence requirements
- Continuous improvement cycle tied into your management review
- Verification that corrective actions worked, not just that they were completed
- Trend view showing whether findings are shrinking, stable or growing over time
Choose your level
Both options get to the root of the problem. The difference is analysis only, or analysis plus the machinery that keeps it improving.
- Starter — £149: nonconformity analysis, digging into the root causes behind your current findings and what has let them recur.
- Pro — £399: corrective action plan plus improvement cycle, covering root cause analysis and the ongoing loop that keeps findings from coming back.
- Follow-up verification review — £89 add-on: a later review that checks whether the corrective actions held, or quietly eroded.
Why recurring findings are so damaging
Certification bodies treat a repeated nonconformity as evidence the management system itself is not working — a far more serious finding than a new one. Most organisations fix the symptom, close the finding, and discover the same problem again next year because nobody addressed the process failure underneath it.
What you receive
A root cause analysis your auditors will recognise as genuine, a corrective action plan with accountability built in, and an improvement cycle wired into management review — the difference between a governance binder and a system that matures.
Common questions
Is the service Pro option the same as a Pro software subscription?
No. Starter and Pro here describe the level of this one-off service, not your Trestano software plan. You can enquire about either option on any plan.
What counts as a nonconformity?
Any gap between what your AI management system says happens and what actually happens — from a missing record to a control that exists on paper but nobody follows. Findings from internal audits, certification audits and management reviews all count.
What does the follow-up verification review cover?
The £89 add-on is a later, focused review of whether your corrective actions actually held: did the new process stick, is the evidence still being produced, and has the root cause genuinely been removed.
How does this connect to the other ISO/IEC 42001 services?
It completes the loop: scope definition establishes what is governed, risk assessment establishes how systems are treated, operational controls govern go-live, internal audit finds the gaps — and nonconformity management makes sure those gaps stay closed.
Not sure which you need?
Run the free AI register first — it takes about ten minutes and usually makes the answer obvious. Or tell us what you're dealing with and we'll point you at the right thing.
Not legal advice. Trestano provides governance tooling, documentation and practical guidance. It isn't a substitute for advice from a qualified solicitor or your own compliance team.
